Soggeum Maeul Jayeom Festival

Jayeom is a part of Korean history showing how the ancestors lived in the past.
It’s nothing like beautiful treasures, unique technology, or folk plays with a long history, but it’s still one of the most important parts of Korean history as it shows how common people lived in the past. Jayeom (salt making by boiling the seawater) is probably one of the simplest and most beautiful forms of traditional culture.
The Jayeom Festival is an excellent occasion to see how Korean ancestors actually lived.
